Description

Join us on Saturday 2nd and Sunday 3rd of July 2022 for 6 games of Kings of War 3rd edition at 2000pts!
Each round will be a different scenario which will be revealed on the day (therefore 6 different scenarios throughout the tournament).

SCORING:
--------------------------------
The tournament will follow a straightforward scoring system:
15pts for a win
10pts for a draw
5pts for a defeat
First tie breaker will be NET points killed throughout tournament
(Points killed minus points lost.)
Second tie breaker will be total points killed throughout tournament
(i.e if two players are tied on the above, whichever had killed the most would place higher.)
WHAT TO BRING:

A painted army at 2000 points which adheres to the restrictions for duplicates at this point value as per the Kings of War rulebook.
A copy of the Kings of War 3rd edition rulebook
A copy of the 3rd edition Uncharted Empires (should your army be from that book)
2 printed army lists
A chess clock or clock phone app
Dice
Measuring tape / measuring sticks
WHAT YOU WILL RECIEVE:

Each player will receive:
- Arrival coffee and doughnuts
- A pair of unique Southern Crown II tournament rout dice (quite the collector's item!)
- Six games of Kings of War with nice people
TIMING RULES:
--------------------------------
Every round both players are allocated 50 minutes of time each to complete their half of the game. Chess clocks or phone apps must be used to track this time. Deployment counts towards this time allocation.

Please note there is no food provided in the ticket price, there are snacks and drinks available to purchase at the venue and a multitude of cafes and restaurants within only a few minutes walking distance of the venue.
